Who we are:

We are a start-up based out of Bengaluru & Delhi NCR. We are engaged in development of next generation missions and technologies (NGM&T) towards future warfare needs of the Indian Defence forces.It is undertaking research towards enhancing persistence and autonomy for unmanned vehicles and robotic swarms. NRT’s product development portfolio includes a solar power stratospheric high altitude pseudo satellite (HAPS) unmanned platform and an air/ground launched stand(off ISR/hard kill autonomous system. We are also developing initial capability towards Manned Unmanned Teaming (MUT) and design of an unmanned wingman UCAV vehicle. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • End to end ownership of production software from architecture to delivery

  • Design and develop software with high quality following agile paradigm

  • Translate use cases and requirements from program management to design software with high component reuse, wherever possible

  • Design highly scalable and testable code

  • Discover and fix programming bugs

  • Participate in peer reviews of solution designs and related code

  • Set and maintain programming standards and best practices

  • Developing Unity scenes with impressive visuals and performant code

Skills Required:

  • Expert knowledge of C#

  • Expert knowledge of Unity3D

  • Experience working with game assets (meshes, animation, materials, etc)

  • Create library elements for frequently used assets, organize and re-use elements from library

  • Experience in optimizing memory and space usage

  • Experience with scripting, textures, GUI styles, and user session management

  • Excellent programming skills with 3+ year of hands-on experience

  • Technical knowledge with track record of successful delivery as an individual contributor

  • Ability to break down a big problem into chewable pieces in a very structured way

  • Ability and willingness to learn new programming languages and technologies

  • Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science or related field

  • Should be a team player

  • Knowledge of version control tool like git

Good to have:

  • Proven UI/ UX design skills

  • Application design pattern, analysis of algorithms

  • Experience working with Python in machine learning pipelines

  • 3D asset creation skillset

  • Experience with DotNet
